One of the principles in HI-LEX’s corporate philosophy is to “contribute to society through our work.” This policy, which has been passed down since our founding, embodies our philosophy of playing a role in creating an environment where all members of society can live comfortably and with peace of mind.

In order to embody the environmental beliefs that have been passed down since the company's founding, we set specific numerical targets for each department, and each employee practices actions that lead to on-site improvements in their daily work.
